Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment is completed. Customers will receive tracking information where available once their order has been dispatched.
If your order is fulfilled by one of our trusted fulfilment partners or through Amazon, this will not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Returns & Refunds
If you purchase products from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
